Mobile & Text Messaging Policy
How the GuideOS™ SMS program works, how to opt in or out, and how we handle your mobile number.

1. Program Description
GuideOS™ (operated by Lowisz Leadership Institute) offers an optional SMS (text message) program that lets users receive account, coaching, and platform messages on their mobile phone. Outbound messages identify the sender as "GuideOS" or "Lowisz Leadership Institute" so you always know who is contacting you. Examples include: leadership nudges and reflection prompts, weekly governance reminders, assessment invitations and results, commitment and task reminders, session and meeting alerts, security and account notifications, and product updates from Lowisz Leadership Institute. Participation in the SMS program is entirely optional and is not required to use GuideOS.
2. Consent and Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number to GuideOS and affirmatively opting in (for example, by checking an SMS consent box in your profile, replying to a confirmation message, or completing a signup flow that includes a clear SMS disclosure), you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from GuideOS and Lowisz Leadership Institute at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide, and that you are at least 18 years old (or have a parent or guardian's consent if younger).
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, the features you use, and the notifications you have enabled. You may receive up to several messages per day during active coaching periods, assessment cycles, or weekly governance check-ins, and fewer messages at other times. You can adjust which categories of messages you receive at any time in your in-app notification preferences.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. GuideOS does not charge you for sending or receiving text messages, but standard messaging, data, and other charges from your wireless carrier may apply based on your plan. Check with your wireless carrier for details. Neither GuideOS, Lowisz Leadership Institute, nor your wireless carrier is liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message you receive from us. After you send the message, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the program. If you want to rejoin, you can opt back in by following the original opt-in process or by re-enabling SMS in your in-app notification preferences. You can also manage or disable SMS notifications at any time from your account's notification preferences page without sending a text.
6. How to Get Help (HELP)
If you need help or have questions about the SMS program, reply HELP or INFO to any message you receive from us, or contact support@lowiszleadership.com. We will respond with information about the program and how to contact support.
7. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Metro PCS, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability and timeliness of messages is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy and Data Use
Your mobile phone number and SMS activity are treated as personal data and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share your mobile number only with the messaging service providers we use to deliver SMS on our behalf (for example, our SMS gateway or telephony provider), and only for the purpose of delivering the messages you have consented to receive. Inbound messages you send to us (including STOP and HELP replies) may be logged for compliance and quality purposes.
9. Changes to Your Mobile Number
You agree to notify GuideOS promptly if you change or deactivate the mobile number you provided, by updating your phone number in your account settings or by contacting support@lowiszleadership.com. You are responsible for any messages sent to a number you no longer use until you update or remove the number from your account.
10. International Use
The SMS program is currently designed for use within the United States. International messaging may not be supported, and any messages sent to or from numbers outside the United States may be subject to additional carrier charges, delivery delays, or non-delivery.
11. Changes to the SMS Program
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any portion of the SMS program at any time, with or without notice. Material changes to this policy will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date below, and where required by law we will obtain renewed consent.
