Natural strength
Your wiring and your habit match. This comes easy, and you are doing it. Teach it to someone else.
YOUR LEADERSHIP FIELD GUIDE
Know what comes easy. Choose what comes next.
Your leadership field guide. Explore nine natural work drives, including Pace, through 36 groups of three statements. Choose most and least like you in each group. When included, 28 habit ratings cover how often you acted in the last 30 days, including Own the Problem. About 12 minutes for the full profile (estimated). Preferences are not skills or predictions of performance.
WHAT THE ANSWERS SHOW
Wiring is your natural pull at work. Habits are what you report doing lately. Those are different questions. You may have a strength you are not using, or a useful habit that takes effort to keep. GuideProfile puts them side by side when Part 2 is included. It does not watch you at work or predict what you will do under pressure.
Results are a starting point for a conversation, not a verdict.
Consider the evidence and context before deciding what to change.
Eight natural work drives, with useful strengths on both sides
Combination patterns to check against your own experience
How your approach may land with people who work differently
Your wiring and reported habits, when Part 2 is included

WHAT THE ASSESSMENT COVERS
Each drive has two sides. Neither is better. These are your reported preferences, not a measure of skill or a rank against other people.
How you move a group toward a decision. Do you set the direction yourself, or do you draw the answer out of the group? Directing: You say where to go and what to do next. Inviting: You ask questions so the group finds the way.
How you think and recharge at work. Do you work things out by talking with people, or by thinking on your own first? Outward: You think out loud and get energy from people. Inward: You think first, alone, then share a clear view.
How much you need to know before you decide. Decisive: You act once you know enough and adjust later. Deliberate: You look for the cause and check your thinking first.
How you like to organize your work. Systematic: You build the plan and the tracking first. Adaptive: You start with a direction and plan as you go.
How you feel about changing the way work gets done. Exploring: You look for new ways. Doing the same thing too long makes you restless. Stabilizing: You protect what works. You want a change to prove itself first.
Where your attention goes when you solve a problem. Do you look at the big picture or at the details in front of you? Big Picture: You look across many cases to find what keeps causing the problem. Details: You fix the problem in front of you all the way.
What you notice first when things change: what you could gain, or what you could lose. Opportunity: You see what is possible and go after the gain. Protection: You see what must be kept safe and spot risk first.
How you raise a problem with someone. Direct: You say it plainly and fast. Diplomatic: You protect the relationship and pick your moment.

When Part 2 is included
Your wiring and your habits can tell different stories. The full field guide uses these four labels to help you choose what to practice. Check each reading against real work.
Your wiring and your habit match. This comes easy, and you are doing it. Teach it to someone else.
Your wiring makes this easier for you than for most people. But you are not doing it much yet. This is your fastest win.
You built this habit even though your wiring pulls the other way. That took real work. Under stress, this habit is the first to slip. Protect it.
Your wiring pulls against this habit, and it is not running yet. Don't count on willpower. Put it on your calendar and ask someone to check on you.
Natural work drives and role expectations
GuideProfile helps you understand natural work drives and, when leaders have completed the role expectations, see how those drives align with what they expect. Explore the matches, differences and areas to discuss together. Neither side of a drive is better. Use the comparison alongside experience, skills and work examples to inform role and development conversations, rather than as a guarantee of future performance.
Part 1 has 36 groups of 3 statements. Pick one most like you and one least like you in each. Part 2, when included, has 28 frequency ratings about the last 30 days. They cover 7 GDD habits.
Allow About 12 minutes (estimated) for the full assessment, or 36 choice groups · timing varies for Part 1 only. These are planning estimates based on the number of items, not measured completion times. Take the time you need.
Candidate invitations may include Part 1 only. That report describes natural work drives, strengths, combination patterns and how others may see the person. It does not include recent habit scores, a wiring-and-habits comparison or a habit-based commitment. Do not use it alone to make a hiring decision.
Explore your strengths, how others may see you, combination patterns, your wiring and habits, and the GDD Performance Engine. Choose one first commitment. A 30-day GDD Pulse lets you revisit your reported habits. Changes in answers are not proof of a change in performance.
This is an early version. Its wording and scoring may be tuned as more people take it. Scores describe this version, not a rank against other people.
Older results keep the questionnaire and report from the version you took. They are not converted into Drives scores.
WHY THIS ISN'T ANOTHER PERSONALITY TEST
GuideProfile™ summarizes your responses for discussion. It does not observe you at work or establish a fixed personality or job fit.
Separates natural work preferences from recent self-reported habits
Uses most-and-least choices, not a grade for each personality trait
Connects your full report to the GDD Performance Engine
Helps you choose a small practice and check what changes
