Pre-Installation
- Identify GDD facilitator and secure executive sponsor
- Select initial leadership team (5-12 members recommended)
- Block calendar for six GDD installation sessions
- Communicate GDD purpose and expectations to participants
- Review the GDD Operating Manual end-to-end
During GDD Installation (Sessions 1-6)
- Session 1: Define what winning looks like (measurable, specific)
- Session 2: Map required behaviors to the winning definition
- Session 3: Audit current system gaps and tolerance patterns
- Session 4: Install GDD governance guardrails for pressure scenarios
- Session 5: Establish the GDD recovery protocol and MMI cadence
Post-Installation
- Launch weekly MMI check-ins via GuideOS (15 minutes, every Monday)
- Score behavior weekly against GDD-defined standards
- Surface drift within 48 hours of detection using GuideOS alerts
- Use GDD recovery scripts when behavior regresses
- Review and recalibrate at 30, 60, and 180 days
Sustainability Checks
- Facilitator reviews GDD scores weekly and flags patterns in GuideOS
- Team members self-score before each MMI
- Quarterly recalibration of the winning definition
- Onboard new team members with abbreviated GDD install
- Document and share recovery wins with the team
